This sambal is one of our bestsellers, as it not only tastes delicious and fragrant, but it also offers health benefits from the Kecombrang itself. For example, it helps strengthen body cells, is rich in antioxidants, aids in cleansing and improving blood circulation, and acts as an antibacterial. Kecombrang sambal is perfect when paired with fried instant noodles, fried rice, as a base for home-cooked dishes, or mixed with Peda Sambal and a plate of warm rice (contains shrimp paste).

Shelf Life:
• 7-10 days (for sambal other than squid sambal) at room temperature before the seal is opened (including shipping time).
• Once the seal is opened, it lasts 1 month in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer, as long as it’s taken with a clean spoon.
• Before opening the seal, sambal (other than squid sambal) lasts about 1-2 months in the refrigerator. For freezer storage before opening the seal, it lasts approximately 6 months.
